2. Keep your Documents whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully.

3. Candidates who wish to appear for the interview must make payment of the applicable application fee online through NEFT to the specified AIIMS EXAM FEE bank account.

4. The transaction reference number and date of transaction must be mentioned in the application form.

5. Candidates must fill the prescribed application form (Annexure I) and send a copy of the payment receipt along with application and all relevant copies of certificates via Google Form link https://forms.gle/Di3JuZ9vzKQF7Nuh9 on or before 07-01-2026 by 5 PM.

6. The filled-in application form (Annexure I) along with all original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates must be brought on the scheduled date of interview.

7. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should submit a separate application for each post.

8. Only those candidates who have been declared successful in their qualifying degree exam and will be completing their tenure for the same on or before the closing date of application will be eligible; if result is declared after the closing date, candidature will stand cancelled and no claim will be considered on interview basis.
