The Madhya Pradesh government has announced that the registration process for MP Guest Teacher Recruitment 2026 will close today, May 11, 2026. Eligible and interested candidates can apply through the official portal gfms.educationportal3.in.

This recruitment drive aims to fill vacant guest teacher positions across various districts in Madhya Pradesh government schools. Candidates currently working as guest faculty have also been instructed to update and renew their profiles on Portal 3.0.

Fresh applicants are required to complete registration along with e-KYC verification, upload necessary academic and professional documents, and provide details related to the Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test. The registration window opened on May 2, 2026, and will end today. Verification of submitted details is being conducted by cluster principals between May 4 and May 11, 2026.

Additional update for existing users

Candidates who were registered on Portal 2.0 but could not migrate to Portal 3.0 earlier will get another opportunity. They can update their profiles, correct details, and add experience information between May 12 and May 22, 2026. Verification of experience-related changes and correction of inactive mobile numbers will be handled by BEO and DEO offices during this period.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university along with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification. They must also have qualified the Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (2018 or later). Candidates are advised to carefully check eligibility conditions before applying.
