Following the announcement of the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025 final results, several candidates have achieved remarkable success. More than 23 candidates associated with the National Association of Civil Servants (NACS) Interview Guidance Program secured final selection in this year’s results.

The program was specially designed to help candidates prepare for the personality test (interview stage) of the civil services examination. Participants received guidance from experienced IAS, IPS, IRS, and other senior civil servants, which helped them perform confidently during the final interview stage.

What is the NACS Interview Guidance Program?

The Interview Guidance Program (IGP) conducted by NACS focuses on preparing candidates for the UPSC personality test. The program includes mock interviews, discussion sessions, and personalized mentorship provided by senior officers.

The sessions were conducted at Bihar Niwas in Delhi and Patna, while many candidates also attended the program through an online mode.

About NACS

The National Association of Civil Servants (NACS) was established in 2014 under the guidance of IAS officer B.K. Prasad by a group of eight civil servants. The main objective of the organization is to provide free guidance and mentorship to civil services aspirants.

Today, the organization has grown significantly, with more than 1500 officers associated with it, who regularly conduct classes and guidance programs for aspirants from Bihar and Jharkhand.
