The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced the SSC Junior Engineer (JE) Result 2026 for Paper-1, bringing a major update for thousands of engineering aspirants across India. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now check their results on the official SSC website.

The SSC JE exam is conducted to recruit candidates for Junior Engineer posts in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering departments across various government organizations.

According to reports, more than 15,000 candidates have been shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process — Paper-2 (Tier-2). Among them, around 11,593 candidates belong to the Civil Engineering stream, while over 4,000 candidates from Electrical and Mechanical streams have also qualified.

How to Check SSC JE Result 2026

1. Visit the official SSC website ssc.gov.in.

2. Click on the “Result” section on the homepage.

3. Select the link titled “SSC JE Paper-1 Result 2026.”

4. Download the result PDF file.

5. Search your Roll Number or Name in the PDF to check qualification status.

Cut-Off Marks

SSC has also released the category-wise cut-off marks along with the Paper-1 result. Candidates scoring above the cut-off are considered qualified and will proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Candidates who qualified in Paper-1 will now appear for:
