Description
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the provisional answer key for CTET 2026 (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) on the official portal. Candidates who appeared in the January 2026 session can now check and download the answer key, allowing them to estimate their expected scores before the final result is published.
How to Download CTET 2026 Provisional Answer Key
1. Visit the official CTET portal via the link above.
2. Navigate to the “CTET 2026 Answer Key” section.
3. Enter your Roll Number / Registration Number.
4. Download the Answer Key PDF for Paper-I and Paper-II.
5. Use it to calculate your estimated marks.
Objection Window Process
Candidates who find discrepancies or incorrect answers in the provisional key can file objections through the online objection window on the CTET portal. While raising an objection, you should follow these steps:
1. Open the Objection Tab on the portal.
2. Select the question number and the answer you challenge.
3. Provide a valid explanation and submit supporting documents.
4. Submit the objection form online.
Tips for Objections
1. Use clear, valid reasons.
2. Upload supporting evidence if possible.
3. Unsupported objections may not be considered.
What’s in the Answer Key
The provisional answer key includes question-wise answers for both Paper-I and Paper-II, enabling candidates to evaluate their performance before the final results.
CTET Final Result Expected Soon:
Once the objection period ends and all valid objections are reviewed, CBSE will release the final CTET 2026 result. Candidates should regularly check the official portal for updates.
